LVJOE offers complete Plasterboard, Paperless Drywall, gypsum, etc. plant solutions and various devices need for the productions. Our service include installation, test-running and manufacturing. We also offer improving and replacement service on customer’s existing devices with problems or issues.

We offer professional plant design service, according to customer’s location, area size, expecting production power and expecting quality, we can offer you plant and production line design that will maximally benefit you. We also offer material analysis and consultant services.

We are able to finish all devices of a plant in within 6 months, and all of them are highly qualified, we do strict quality assurance inspections and tests to ensure the stability of your devices.

We offer various on-site services and guidance for the customers of our plants and devices, including:

• On-site installation and test-run services by our professional teams and technicians, to help getting you started. To ensure installation efficiency, we will finish all parts and welding processes in advance, so that on-site installation requires screwing works only, which saves a lot of time and works.
• Long-term parts and components offering, one-year warranty for our devices.
• Long-term consultant, upgrade and other technical services.
• Materials such as paper, starch, foaming agent, water-reducing admixture, strengthening additives, etc.
• Various gypsum material basic performance measuring service, material analysis service.
• To ensure the plant runs in normal conditions, we’ll do test-runs after installation. Firstly, we’ll separately test each section without feeding materials, then test run the entire running plant, perform dry-board section test running and wet-board section test running, with materials fed.
