Our paperless drywall plant is highly automated, which consists of:

• PLC controlled feeding, proportioning accuracy up to 5‰.
• Control system ensures that boards are even, deviation under 0.1mm.
• Meshes are evenly arrange inside the broads, which assure much better mechanical performance.
• Follow-up cutting-off machine: friction dynamic transmission, grants better cutting accuracy, deviation under 1mm.
• New dryer design: conduction oil and hot air convection drying process; evaporated water energy consumption reduced from 1000 kcal/kg to 800 kcal/kg, which is energy-saving. Side cooling mechanism applied to avoid over-burning, and ensure drying quality.
