Metering and dosing unit is applied for dosing materials and additives according certain formulas, which may differ for different plasterboards, and would considerably influence the performance of the plasterboards.
Procedures of this unit are dosing and premixing calcined gypsum, dry additives, fiberglass, etc. together according to certain formula, dosages are accurately metered during the procedure; preparing and mixing process water, wet additives, foaming agent, etc. together, dosages are accurately metered during the procedure.
The unit consists of calcined gypsum powder feeding system, dry additive feeding system, wet additive feeding system, two-screw conveyor mixer, etc.
We’ve studied and applied advanced technologies for our calcined gypsum powder feeding system, electronic continuous measurement belt weigher, surge bin design and special circulatory system are applied, for better accuracy and stability during feeding process.
Wet and dry additive feeding system consist of feed bin, bottom discharging device and continuous measurement conveyor. There two types of bottom discharging devices, vibration discharger and bottom discharger; two types of continuous measurement devices, volumetric and weight loss. There are two types of coagulant feeding measurement methods, one is the same as the common measurement devices, the other firstly measures coagulant and another additive partly, get them milled in a small ball mill, then feed them with the continuous measurement system.
Mixing and metering system consist of a relatively large-volume constant pressure air supply system, accurate screw metering pump and foaming station.
In the process, foaming agent, water and compressed air get measured and fed into the mixing and metering system.
Foaming station applies advanced dynamic-static foaming system, which grants fine and even foam is fed into the mixer.
By the foaming procedure, plasterboards are filled with small air bubbles, functions of which are: making the plasterboard lighter, granting better heat insulation performance, resisting vibration; plasterboard with air bubbles are still strong but much lighter.
