Drying System

Dry system consists of distributer with closing-up function, longitudinal airflow dryer, discharger, heating system, etc.

Our paperless drywall plant applies roller path dryer, which consists of opened entrance/exit and closed dryer device.

Entrance and exit consist of frame and multi-layer rail, protection meshed doors are set on both side.

Due to a high working temperature, dryer device is set on two slide rails, to decrease influence of expansion and contraction caused by temperature change.

Multi-layer roller path and speed-variable transmission structure insides dryer; openable heat preserving doors on both side; special-made air intake/outlet.

Multiple adjustable blades are mounted on the damper to control the hot air flow in each layer and act as a wind speed valve. Therefore, the temperature of each layer can be adjusted separately to ensure the temperature of each layer is consistent.

Types of dryers：Heating method: coal powered (via conduction oil), steam (hot air exchange), gas (direct heat).

Number of layers of multi-layer roller path is decided by designed production power.
