Mixing and dosing unit consists of gypsum powder storing, metering and feeding system, dry powder pre-mixing and feeding system, reinforcement fiber metering and feeding system, special vertical mixer, etc.

• Central control room, temperature control station, distribution station, forming station, cutting-off station, broadwise conveying station, drying station.
• Stations are linked with MELSCNET/H network, which is the controlling network layer; stations are linked with smart controlling device and VFD via CC-LINK, which is the on-site network layer.
• Production control applies distributed PLC system.
• Siemens S7-300 is CPU, Siemens ET-200S as the field I/O module, and Siemens WinCC as the human machine interface HMI.
